Metrics graph

• Session trends chart — a new graph panel in Reflect plots your check-in metrics across sessions.
• Toggle metrics independently — each legend chip cycles through line+dot, dots only, or hidden, with per-metric colors configurable from settings.
• Range picker — calendar popup with presets (today, this week, this month, last 30 days, all time) and custom ranges. Each graph keeps its own range independent of the sidebar, so you can open several side by side to compare.
• Duration as ambient context — each session's dot radius scales with its duration, so long sessions visibly weigh more without crowding the 1–7 axis. The tooltip shows start time and duration; the header shows session count and total time for the current range.
• Session snapshot tooltip — hovering a dot shows a grid of every metric × check-in for that session. Click to open the source file.

Fixes

• Accurate session start time — the Reflect "Time of day" filter and graph tooltips now read the real session start from the Summary section instead of the first check-in timestamp, which can be 30+ minutes after the actual start.
• Reflect filter dimming persists — active filter styling is no longer wiped when the timeline re-renders.
• Stable timeline scrollbar — the Reflect timeline no longer shifts content when the scrollbar appears or disappears.

Fixes

• Reflect split view sync — when the same reflection file is open in two panes (source and reading), typing in one now updates the other live.
• Fixed: session numbering — session counts were including files from other dates when using folder templates that group multiple days together (e.g., by month), producing wrong session numbers.

Auto-updates & fixes

• Automatic updates — Chronicle now checks for updates in the background and shows a banner when one is ready to install.
