Auto-updates & fixes
- Automatic updates — Chronicle now checks for updates in the background and shows a banner when one is ready to install.
- Fixed: Reflect metric averages — stats in Reflect mode were being recomputed from check-ins instead of reading from the session Summary, producing incorrect values.
Early Access launch
- Session timer — counts up with configurable yellow/red thresholds and automatic check-in prompts.
- Check-ins — rate focus, energy, and custom metrics on a 1–7 scale at regular intervals.
- Session notes — freeform notes with image paste support and auto-save.
- Countdown timers — three configurable ad-hoc timers (5, 15, 30 min by default).
